Abstract

As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to evolve, its integration into various sectors has brought forth significant legal challenges. Among these, intellectual property (IP) rights and data privacy laws have become particularly contentious. This paper explores the intersection of AI with intellectual property and data privacy laws, focusing on the unique legal challenges AI presents to traditional frameworks. It analyzes the complexities of determining ownership, the implications of AI-generated content, and the potential for breaches of privacy. Through a review of current legal principles and case studies, this study provides recommendations for adapting existing legal structures to better accommodate the advancements in AI.
